Delivery

The Seller's policy is to despatch goods to meet the timeframe stated for delivery. Times quoted are in good faith but shall not be binding. The Seller can accept no responsibility for transport delays causing late delivery. Some furniture orders may take up to 6-8 weeks for delivery, or up to 14 weeks for some reasons.

Large and Heavy Items

Please ask for carriage charges on the following items; porcelain basins, washpoints, hydraulic chairs, barbers chairs, portable, hydraulic and electric couches, large chairs, nail stations, reception desks and other large furniture items. This list is not exhaustive.

Any furniture ordered will be delivered to a room of choice.

We advise that tradesmen who are booked to install items should only be arranged once in receipt of the goods.
